Whether you’re heading outside after a cold winter or into the gym as temperatures climb, exercise is an important part of managing Parkinson’s disease (PD). Much research is ongoing, but the benefit of many types of exercise on both motor and non-motor symptoms is already proven. And, although we’re often asked, there’s no “best” exercise for Parkinson’s. The best is one you enjoy and will do regularly.
